#스테디 #5daysplan마스크팩 사용해봤어요. 일단 5일동안 제품을 사용하면서 느낀 점은 정말 피부가 많이 달라져서 만족스럽다는 점이에요. 저는 하루를 마치고 아이를 재우고나서, 혹은 아이가 없는 시간에 마스크팩을 하는 편인데요. 그럴 때마다 정말 편안하게 휴식하는 느낌과 함께 지친 하루를 보상받는 기분이 들거든요. 요 마스크팩 역시 저처럼 자기 전에 힐링하는 느낌으로 사용해주시면 좋을 것 같아요 😉 일단 5개의 마스크팩이 1세트구요. 피부 사이클에 맞춰서 설계된 5일간의 진정한 피부 변화를 만나 볼 수 있답니다. 사진 순서대로 step 1,2,3,4구요. 각 스텝마다 마스크팩 시트 재질이 달라서 놀랐어요. 아무래도 기능이 다르기때문에 피부에 효과적으로 기능을 전달하기 위해 선택한 방법인 것 같아요. step1에서는 피부의 각질정돈을 도와서 매끈한 피부결을 만들어주고 step2에서는 부스팅 단계로, 피부에 수분활력을 불어넣어주어서 생기있는 피부를 만들어주어요. step3는 마스크팩이 2개가 들어있는데요, 판테놀이 함유된 세럼을 사용해서 건조한 피부에 윤기를 부여하고 피부 솔루션에 맞춘 유효성분을 전달하는 단계라 다른 마스크팩보다 조금 더 신경쓰라는 의미로 2개가 들어있는것이 아닐까 싶었어요. 저도 이틀 동안 해당 마스크팩을 쓰니 피부가 한층 매끄럽게 변하더라구요 🙂 그리고 마지막 step4에서는 베리어 마스크 크림을 사용한 마스크팩이라 다른 앰플,세럼 타입이 아닌 진득한 크림제형이 느껴졌어요. 피부 장벽을 강화하고 탄탄한 보호막을 만드는 역할이라고 해요! 이렇게 5일간 사용해보니 정말 마지막 날 피부가 훨씬 건강해졌고 조금씩 트러블 나던 것도 가라앉더라구요. 훨씬 매끈한 피부가 되어서 정말 기분 좋았어요 😉 이렇게 다양한 피부고민을 잡아주는 마스크팩은 처음이라서 정말 반갑더라구요! 마스크팩 찾아보시는 분들에게 적극 추천하고싶어요. ☺️❤️

Let me just say. If you want to see faster progress when gaining muscle, you MUST rest. Working out 7 days a week is not a necessity to gain the body you are seeking. In fact you are probably sabotaging yourself by doing so.⁣ ⁣ When muscles have proper time to rest and recover, they perform much better in your lifting sessions. This allows you to focus on your progressive overload and most of all continue making progress. All of that without reaching a plateau due to fatigue. ⁣ ⁣ Just 1 day of rest in between your week is enough to allow yourself some much needed recovery. But if trying to build muscle I recommend at least 2 days of rest per week.⁣ ⁣ For those who have already been lifting 2-3+ years, rest isn’t as much as a necessity. Only because you have learned how your body works and most likely have learned how to listen to your body when it starts to need a rest. You have also most likely built yourself past the “nooby gains” phase. ⁣ ⁣ As with everything, you must eat enough protein for your muscles to synthesize and help with recovery. Otherwise you’re just wasting away your progress. Also make sure if you are bulking you are eating in a surplus of at least 150-300 calories. If you are in a deficit make sure it is not detrimental. Slow and steady wins the race, no need to be eating 800-1000 calories under what your body needs per day. 300-450 should suffice. ⁣ ⁣ Sleep, sleep, sleep. Sleep helps to keep your cortisol levels in check and helps to deter away unwanted metabolic issues and helps to keep your body regulated. You could even argue it is the most important aspect of all of this. 7-9 hours is a perfect target range for sleep.

Who Has An #Ear to Hear What The Spirit Says!? Some People say “They have a gut #feeling” some say #something told them” others call it their #intuition” and some say “the #Universe”. Others hear #voices and not necessarily an actual person unless it is to use an individual you are #familiar with. Let me tell you there are only two ways of all things. Not choosing sides makes you a #liability #stagnate in the gray area or #steady in lukewarm water. Understand there is good and evil and the manifestation of what it produces will prove whether the message is by the good of #God or the # of evil. Like they say birds of a feather flock together, well the same with energy. You are resistant to what is not in #agreement. But always hear the message so that you are able to choose #wisely what the #Spirit says to resist or agree.
