Jawel, ook jij hebt buikspieren. Misschien zie je ze nog niet, maar je hebt ze wel degelijk. - Deze welbekende 6-pack, wat eigenlijk een 8-pack is, is bij de ene wat beter te zien dan bij de andere. Puur door de vetlaag die aanwezig, of beter gezegd afwezig, is. - De buikspieren groep zijn een bijzondere, ze bezitten namelijk niet de eigenschap van hypertrofie. Uiteraard wel een beetje, echter kunnen ze niet net zo in volume toenemen als bijvoorbeeld de Musculus Biceps Brachhi (je spierballen). - Om je buikspieren te showen, is er dus een beetje krachttraining van de buikspieren nodig, maar veel meer vetpercentage verlaging door een actief fitness patroon en vooral je voeding aanpassen. For years I would eat a damn kilo of meat a day thinking this is what I have to do to get big strong and to achieve the physique I wanted completely unaware of the implications it was causing, it's been over a year that I went vegan and I wouldn't touch a dead animal again especially to eat its decaying corpse, crazy how brainwashed we can be thinking killing and torturing animals is normal aslong as we aren't the ones to slit their throats. It also shows the lack of compassion and empathy we have for these living beings that are no different to your beloved house pet. Health is a vibrancy in your mind and body, if your feeding it things that are acidic/toxic eg lots of sugar and meat that are so highly processed and pumped with hormones just know that you are lowering your energy frequency and immunity making you highly susceptible to sickness and disease, we live in a day and age of amazing technology information and knowledge all at our damn figure tips, now it's safe to say that ignorance is an absolute choice. Forget what people say think for yourself and do the research, it's time to make a shift in your life not for anyone else but for yourself to grow and be nourished so that you can be the best person possible for your family friends loved ones and everyone around you. #BeTheExample #PlantBased #Vegan
