Meal prep Sunday complete. Honey nut protein muffins Asparagus, red bell, black bean egg bake Black bean and quinoa chili 6 dozen scrabbled eggs I am not a vegan but I do choose to not eat meat. I do get a lot of protein from pasture raised eggs, Fage fat free Greek yogurt, and a small amount of whey protein. I love animals and consider then friends not ingredients but that is a personal choice and not one that can be done easily. This ain't for the weak! My diet started today. I've reached my summer fun fluff limit. I bought Reece's cups in bulk, tried many new restaurants and recipes, drank some delicious beer (Urban artifact 😁), and hit some killer strength PR's with all of the extra calories. And now it's time to trim the fat. Today until my 40th birthday on November 29 I'm following a strict plan and training routine. So here we go. Day 108. Sunday Funday. Well Van Isle it’s been unreal, but it’s time for this girl to return to the great glorious prairies, even if it’s only for a month n a bit. Truck is packed, Gabriel is on island vacation and I’m officially on route to Edmonton. As it is a long long ass drive I’m breaking it up and staying in Vancouver tonight, Kelowna Tom and then off to YYC Tuesday am and finally Wednesday I’ll be in Edmonton. Or maybe Tuesday we will see how my energy is and so forth. On prep vacation Aka prepcation, officially, no more contract work till after my surgery but I may pick up when I’m in GP haven’t decided yet. Anywho, if I’m in Vancouver that means one thing I’ll be training at a gym paradise; Westcoast Iron. However the Ferries were crazy busy today so late leaving the island but no point in stressing as it doesn’t really matter. If I get in late I’ll train shoulders at west coast tom. Will be training legs today but where has yet to be determined by the ferry gods. Please oh please let the current ferry I’ve been waiting for have a spot for me!! Haha. Regardless I’m on route and if being a space cadet with prep brain packing my stuff up and loading my truck in the pouring rain didn’t affect my mood we certainly won’t allow this to either. Soaking up the down time gonna update my prep log/journal, read a bit. Trying to decrease my screen time! Anywho, rocking a toque today as pouring rain did not do my freshly washed and styled hair any favours, but let’s be honest I live in toques and hats. Anywho, meals prepped for today and food prepped and not yet portioned as check ins Tom am. We are working on filling me out, while keeping me lean, its complete magic; Amer the bikini wizard. Anywho, enjoying some relaxed Sunday vibes reclined in my beautiful truck, with a hot coffee and a paper back book. Happy Sunday! Feels so good to be back to normal eating! Bai was amazing and good was incredible (atleast when I stood in ubud) today I had a full day of working and I decided to have this low carb meal for my lunch, why? Because later on I will treat myself a little and have a little pizza, so eating less now to eat more later, all about balance! This meal consists of: zucchini noodles, cauliflower rice, avocado, more avocado, grape tomatoes, and meatless meat with Parmesan 😊. Do you ever go on vacation and then comeback and just can’t wait to eat some food ur body has been used to? Even though it may not be all that great but ur like omggggg yum! Yum that’s me hahaha . Happy Sunday everyone 😊
