Thank you @tonyshorton for kicking my butt and helping me persevere. 16 years ago I found you after I herniated discs in my lower back from not properly running a marathon. I was at my lowest of lows, putting on weight and very depressed. I’m a hard worker and can’t stand to be stagnant. Enter the #10minutetrainer with #beachbody. I couldn’t even complete that. But I kept at it and over the years I’ve not only been able to run 2 more marathons but have completed all of your programs and many more. I’m not a cardio fan but your #22minutehardcorps cardio kicks my butt every time - like this morning! At 56 I’m in better shape than when I ran my first marathon at 40! 😘😘😘

𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠𝗠?! Growing up I was heavy into sports, I stayed fit through my early twenties, but I’ve grown to eat my feelings. Everything caught up to me, and now I am 100% uncomfortable in my own skin. I can’t wait to start the program, find my confidence, start a new healthy lifestyle, and hopefully along the way inspire others and help them to achieve results as well.

Have I mentioned how hyped I am to start Morning Meltdown 💯?! As a coach I had access to a 10 day preview and it was AWESOME! I cannot WAIT for 7/29!!! You want in? Check out the Beachbody link in my bio or DM me!!! This has been the perfect motivation for me. I was a previous Boot Camp and CrossFit queen. I loved it while it lasted but I will tell you pushing to extremes without the proper guidance put me in a spot where those types of workouts are something I can no longer tolerate. It is HARD when your body tells you Hell NO! You can end up feeling defeated, lazy, unmotivated. So many programs put the moderators in the back or barely mention them, further feeding into to those feelings of insecurity. Jericho does such an awesome job encouraging you, making you realize moderation is still work, it's still progress! You don't have to push yourself to other people's limits to see results. You can push yourself to YOUR limits and be a success, you just have to START!
