✨ Обработка фото ✨ В последнее время моя лента Инстаграм разделилась на два лагеря - идеально красивые вылизанные профили с общей цветовой обработкой и люди с фотками «как есть так и пощу», вы из какой категории? Я вас люблю и лайкаю всех одинаково❤️ . Но у себя все же навожу порядок и красоту. Тем более сейчас обработка занимает минуты три, в приложении Lightroom просто накладываю пресеты, которые купила у фотографов и все, красота. . Ещё из must-have: Photoshop fix (убрать лишних людей или предметы, которые мешают мне в кадре) Facetune (универсальное приложение навести себе красоту) UNUM (посмотреть как фотка будет смотреться в ленте и выбрать самую подходящую) . HIIT MEANS ITS FOR SHORT DURATION BUT WITH HIGH INTENSITY , SUPPOSE YOU ARE DOING A WORKOUT OR EXERCISE IN A SHORT SPAN WITH ALL YOUR EFFORTS ,WITH few seconds INTERVALS IN BETWEEN HERE WE ARE PRESENTING TOP 5 MOST EFFECTIVE HIIT WORKOUT FOR BETTER GAINS . 1.WALK & SPRINT : This is the first one you have to start with ,here you have to walk and then start sprinting, walk for 30 seconds then Sprint for another 30 seconds rpeat it with all your effort rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute ,it works just as well whether you’re 15 years old, or 50. It works for high level athletes 2.INFINITE BURPEES : 10 burpees, followed by 30-60 seconds of rest, and then repeat. Burpees are the exercises for fat loss , lean muscle gain ,it will boost your testosterone level which help in building lean muscles.as increasing difficulty level it ll'more beneficial for you . 3. Rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then repeat. This hits all of our target areas. 4.SIT-UP & JUMP : This is combination of two you have to do,10 sit ups, stand up, and perform 10 vertical leaps. Try and reach as high as you can each time, as well as to go all the way down, each time you prepare your jump. In every repetition rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 5.INFINITE PUSH-UPS: Infinite set of push ups means 10 pushups at a time. Rest for 30 seconds, and then do 10 more. To increase the difficulty, rest for 15 seconds instead of 30. If you’re feeling really frisky, you can cut the rest time down to 10 seconds. The advantages of this workout are that it’s easy, simple and is an excellent strength training workout that can be done anywhere #beachbody#
