It can be helpful to include some fat in your sweet potato because it will enable you to enjoy the full benefits of beta-carotene. 🤓 Recent research has shown that a minimum of 3-5g of fat per meal significantly increases our uptake of beta-carotene from sweet potatoes. 🆙 - 🔸WHY IS BETA-CAROTENE GOOD? - The human body converts beta carotene into vitamin A (retinol) - beta carotene is a precursor of vitamin A. 👁 We need vitamin A for healthy skin and mucus membranes, our immune system, and good eye health and vision - 🔸TEAM SWEET: - - All you need is a whip of all natural nut butter with banana slices and this is guaranteed to bring out the natural sweetness from the sweet potato. Plyometric exercises are designed to increase muscular power by taking advantage of the stretch shortening cycle, which involves rapid transition from eccentric to concentric actions. If you attempt to perform them in manner designed to increase fat burning, you'll necessarily compromise the ability to initiate the stretch shortening cycle. Worse, you're likely to compromise form as fatigue sets in, thereby increasing the risk of injury. Take home: Perform plyos if you want to develop explosiveness, not to get shredded. Bonsoir les warriors !! Comment allez vous ce soir ? . Moi nikel !! Aujourd'hui c'était journée chill glandouille à base de plaid et de netflix 😍 une vraie journée de vacances comme on les aime 👌 . Ce soir j'ai cuisiné un petit plat tout simple et trop trop booon ! J'ai préparé une marinade pour mes filets de dinde : un peu d'huile d'olive, du jus de citron, trois cuillères à soupe de sauce soja sucrée et des graines de sésame. . 2h au frigo en remuant de temps en temps 👌 ensuite j'ai fait revenir des oignons, mis la dinde marinée dans la poêle, et à la fin de la cuisson rajouter une cuillère à soupe de sauce soja sucrée! Servi avec des vermicelles de haricots mungo 😍 490cal pour une belle assiette 😍 . Je vous souhaite une belle soirée les warriors !
