Primeiramente eu gostaria de deixar uma coisa clara, eu não sou "digital influencer" o que quero dizer é que eu não trabalho com isso. Eu sou uma trabalhadora como a maioria de vocês. Acordo as 5:30, pego estrada, exerço minha profissão, chego em casa a noite, cuido do meu filho, vou treinar, faço minhas marmitas, e durmo a hora que der, sim! Muitas vezes deixo de responder, e nao é por desdém é porque careço de tempo! Infelizmente tenho que abrir mão de algo, e nesse caso me abdico de descanso. Não é fácil, mas se não for assim, não fazemos nada nessa vida! Toda a trajetória desse ano foi baseada nisso, cansaço, mas uma vontade de vencer insaciável. Ser mãe, muda radicalmente nossas vidas, e muitas vezes eu fui me arrastando pra academia depois de uma noite em claro com o bebê... Com certeza eu teria mil justificativas pra abrir mão de mim, e todos entenderiam. Mas me cuidar e me amar SEMPRE será uma das minhas primeiras opções. Eu nasci pra vencer, e a minha maior adversária sou eu mesma, todos os dias eu quebro barreiras, e busco me superar. E todos os dias é essa luta, vencer minha mente, os pensamentos sabotadores, a minha exaustão. Amo meus resultados, mas ainda não estou nem perto da onde quero chegar. Então desanimar não é uma opção!!! Ninguém vai fazer por você, seja você o escritor da sua vida. E faça dela uma bela história, ninguém lembra daquele que desistiu... Não viva apenas de admirar... SEJA VOCÊ a admirada! Se eu posso porque você não poderia, sou como vocês, com a rotina louca igual a de vocês. Chega de dar desculpas, VAMOS focar na solução.

Pistol Squats are one of my all time favorite leg exercises! They ALWAYS fire up my quads and glutes and leave me sore, even when I just do them body weight! These have been a staple in my routine since I did gymnastics years ago.. I did these as conditioning on the beam and also throughout the entire time I did crossfit. This challenging movement combines flexibility and strength to improve your balance, stability and build some 🔥 legs. Do these steps to get closer to mastering the pistol squat🙌🏼 (all these vids are sped up, go slow!) ✖️Make sure you have good hip/ankle mobility + make sure your hamstrings are flexible enough to complete the movement. You need to start training the bottom position of the pistol squat. Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds each leg. ✖️Complete Negatives: Hold onto something and do a pistol squat slow on the way down, bring feet together and stand up. Repeat on other leg and do 20 total ✖️Bench Assisted Pistol Squat: Gradually lower the elevated surface to make it more challenging ✖️Perform a pistol squat next to a steady object so you can practice full range of motion ✖️Take away object when you feel you can do it! — This exercise is very challenging and you may not get it right away.. but if you practice these steps continuously every day or as often as you like, you will get it in no time! Just takes a little practice😁 But once you get it, it’ll become a staple in your leg workout routine!

I’ve been Keto intermittent fasting for the last month now and I can honestly say its the most convenient and effective lifestyle “diet” I’ve ever been on. You’d think that having zero carbs all day long would make you feel drained and brain dead, but it’s the exact opposite. You fast for 16 hours and eat all your calories in an 8 hour window, or less, and the calories you do consume in that time frame need to come from fats and proteins only. Generally 60% fat and 40% protein, but can vary. Once your body begins running off of ketones (fat) as an energy source, you have a steady flow of energy and improved cognition all day, alongside crazy fat loss benefits and muscle mass preservation. I’ve managed to gain strength and tighten up concurrently and not have to time my meals every 2-3 hours when I’m dealing with a busy day. I wouldn’t say it’s a bodybuilding style diet at all, but if you have trouble finding the time to follow a strict and timed methodical meal plan and want something more suitable for a busy working functional human like the majority of society then it would be a great thing to try out. It’s even good in the short term just to lose a couple pounds when you have an event or vacation planned, or when you realize your chubby when it’s not even Christmas yet. Fasting also increases natural secretion of growth hormone by 500%, and growth hormone is the pinnacle for maintenance/increase in muscle mass and promotion of fat loss, alongside copious amounts of other health benefits. Want better bones, healthier skin, less inflammation and possibly even a longer life? Try natto. 🤗 — Natto is a Japanese dish made of fermented soybeans. It has a reputation for not tasting very good and being slimy but I simply add some gluten-free tamari sauce (taste like soy sauce) and I find that it suddenly becomes quite good. Traditionally it may also be mixed it with a raw egg and white rice. — Natto contains an incredible concentration of vitamin K2. Some of the benefits of vitamin K2 are discussed on my podcast, episode 9 with Dr. Steven Lin, who shares findings that vitamin K2 can prevent the calcification of soft tissues (arteries, kidneys, skin, for example) and keep calcium where we want it, to make healthier bones and teeth. — It also contains a number of other powerful compounds that science is beginning to appreciate for it's pro-longevity effects (refs below). These include Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), spermidine, and nattokinase. — Natto can be purchased at most asian supermarkets. I get mine in NYC from H-Mart. I have very distressing news. Today was my last workout with Ben. ☹ He got a great offer at another gym and will be leaving PF. I mean, yay for his career and his goals but what about ME and my needs??? I might transfer to the new PF that just opened closer to my house for the convenience, see how their trainer is. Or wait and see who gets hired to replace Ben. 💪RECUPERA TUS ROTADORES EXTERNOS💪 . 📣Actualmente debido a los ritmos y costumbres diarios que mantenemos, esta musculatura no trabaja como debería. Creando en muchos casos problemas en el hombro. Vamos a ver una progresión para "recuperar" nuestros rotadores. 1️⃣ PRESS PALLOF UNILATERAL Este ejercicio hará que mantengamos una contracción isométrica de la musculatura a la par que trabajamos el core para estabilizarnos durante el gesto. 2️⃣ ROTACIÓN EXTERNA ENFATIZANDO FASE EXCÉNTRICA Este ejercicio buscamos facilitar la fase excéntrica ayudándonos del otro brazo en la fase concéntrica. Esto lo realizamos pensando en la acción de "freno" que tiene esta musculatura en acciones de hombro, siendo está una de las que más daño pueden causar por lo que utilizamos este ejercicio de "vacuna". Usamos una almohadilla o toalla para hacer presión que ayudará a mantener el espacio subacromial y un mayor énfasis en el manguito de los rotadores. 3️⃣ ROTACIÓN EXTERNA DE HOMBRO Movimiento de rotación externa completo, usamos de nuevo la almohadilla o toalla y podemos colocar la banda en una posición más baja (diagonal), buscando de forma aproximada la disposición de las fibras del Infraespinoso.
