After or even during a holiday it is very easy to have a rebound effect. . You can easily put in half a stone plus due to going back into poor eating habits. . But you don't really want to go straight back into dieting do you? . So a few pointers I can give you to how to approach your diet after your holiday are.... . 🔴 Eat a calorie maintenance amount. This would be less than your original amount due to the weight you have lost. This ensures you are not going too nuts. . ⚪ Take out the foods you know work for you briefly. You eat them when you are dieting so may as well cut them out and enjoy calories through other food sources. . ⚫ Experiment with other foods that you may want to include in your future fat loss diet. As your calories are higher than normal you can afford to try foods that will benefit your fat loss goal without worrying thst they are wasted calories. . 🔴 Include foods you love. I love peanut butter but it is too calorie dense for my fat loss diet. Therefore this week I eat peanut butter 😝 . ⚪ Don't stick for this for too long. Two weeks tops should give your body and mind a break and therefore prepare you for your next goals. . ⚫ And if you want you could Intermitted fast. Doing this will mean that you don't go too overboard. Maintains some sort of structure and means all your food is closer together meaning you feel pleasently full.

I had a fantastic morning swim today. The first swim of the year in my birthday suit. Today was more about conditioning rather than strokes or timings etc. One thing to remember is to allow time for your body to adjust to the new environment. Compose your breathing and relax. The initial dive in will take your breath away. But as with anything, the more you do, the more you adapt to. @thebaseform
