Repost: . 🥞Yesterday was my name’s day so I treated myself massively with these pancakes. I decided to try the baobab powder that I recieved from one instagram friend. The baobab is another member of the superfoods family and has many benefits such as: 10 grams of this powder covers 33% of your daily vitamin C intake, it promotes satiety, controls blood sugar levels, aids digestion because it’s high in fibre and boosts your immune system 🤜 And the best thing is the taste. Many superfood powders taste quite horrible but you eat it for the sake of your health. Baobab powder instead has a nice refreshing sour taste! And that’s a huge win for me and I will use the baobab powder every day in my porridge. I served my pancakes with fruit, Shreddies, Ruby KitKat and some powdered peanut butter 🥜 Here is the recipe for the pancakes, as I promised: 🥞For 1 portion: 🌼30g rice flour 🌼10g coconut flour 🌼10g protein powder 🌼10g baobab powder @afyauk 🌼7g maca powder (optional) 🌼1 egg 🌼1 tsp baking powder 🌼1 tsp cinnamon 🌼1 tsp psyllium husk 🌼Sweetener 🌼Milk/water to dilute Mix everything togerher, add just enough milk/water to get pancake batter consistency and leave for 10 minutes. When it comes to the amount of time you spend working out in the gym, the fact that you're spending time at all in the gym or even outside the gym exercising and testing your bodies limits is better than just sitting around and doing nothing. It could be 10 mins, 30 mins or an hour but as long as you put the time and the minutes into getting to where you want to get to on a health basis, even a few minutes a day of good exercise is much better than none at all 💪. . . We all live a very busy life with very busy schedules and a lot going on but in order to live a healthy lifestyle you must make time for it. Who actually gives a f*ck...😬 “The giving a f*ck tipping point” is to put it baldy...🔜 How much an individual gives a f*ck about being...🔜 -Unfit🚶‍♂️ -Unhealthy🙁 -Being Fat or Overweight👀 You see most people do ‘CARE’ about their own levels of weight and fitness levels.👌🏻 It’s just that for most they don’t give enough of a f*ck.🙈 For whatever reason they ‘CARE’ more about: -Eating whatever they want -Watching TV -Social media -Alcohol -Socialising Than they do about: -Their physical health🏌️‍♀️ -Their mental health😨 -Their emotional health😩 *Their physical appearance🕺🏻 And...
