Листайте карусель и выбирайте подходящий вариант😉 • Первые 2 довольно интенсивные, с захватом стоп руками, я их люблю больше в качестве работы с вытяжением шеи для глубоких прогибов. • Далее классический вариант с коленями на полу- вход из положения кошки🐈, руки вытягиваются вперёд, грудная клетка стремится к полу, бёдра вертикальны, таз над коленями, копчик направлен назад и вверх. Поскольку это прогиб, необходимо не забывать про контроль бандх и подтягивать живот и мышцы тазового дна! И дышать😉 Усилить позу можно подъемом рук на пальцы, или блоки, или согнуть в локтях, соединив ладони. • Следующий вариант более интенсивный- с прямыми ногами - для тех, у кого грудная клетка на полу. • Остальные варианты- ассиметричные, с подъёмом одной ноги, работают как с вытяжением, так и укреплением ягодиц и бицепса бедра - подходят для уверенных практиков💪🏼 . Наш #челленж скорее фан и развлечение💃🏼, но чтобы была и польза, я буду предлагать разные вариации, а также связки с не вошедшими в список, но не менее эффективными асанами🤸🏼‍♀️ . There is a nice flow to this poss in a Vinyasa. Coming from warrior 3, still balancing on one leg, bring the other leg down and through until it’s at a right angle up in front of you and the arms are lifted up in the air. So you’ll be standing on one leg with the arms in the air and the knee lifted and then you sweep the arm round and down, bringing the leg back through into warrior 3. So good for those abs and balancing x x x I’m practicing inversions and abs in unison and getting a TINY bit better everyday. You won't know this at the time. It'll feel like the worse thing ever. But with time, honest self reflection, healing, loads of ups and downs, shit loads of tears and self sabotage a deep inner knowing comes. Maybe at first it comes as a glimpse, these glimpses are not realised in the mind, they are felt in the body. In the guts and in the heart. You remember who you are, what you have in your locker and what a fucking catch you are. You feel a real sense of gratitude, excited about life again, what you want to achieve etc. I say this because this is where I'm at and it's taken 8 months. It doesn't mean for a minute that I don't get triggered from time to time and will continue to, however I'm cool with that. Life feels wonderful again and I cannot tell you how long I've waited to feel this way, there have been points where I didn't think it would happen. At the beginning of the year I was utterly shattered. If you really allow yourself to fall apart, and I mean really fold, you give yourself a wonderful gift. The opportunity to rebuild your foundations, keeping the stuff you love and bringing in new things to make you a more integrated human being. If anything you know that you'll never settle, you know what is non negotiable in the relationship moving forwards and you know what you will never tolerate again. You now have a new gear, and that is truly beautiful and something to be celebrated. You have evolved. What a fucking gift. The world comes alive. PULLUPS; This weeks #mtotw is about one of the definitive cornerstones of bodyweight strength, 💪 as well as one of the hardest exercises to 'get'. Some common errors that might be holding up your pullup progress; - the wrong grip - overflare of elbows -overuse of biceps/pecs - inactive lats/middle back 🔴 these errors result in a lack of action from the largesr group of back muscles, not to mention PAIN. Shoulder impingement and elbow tendonitis are frequent pullup complaints. TIPS: - DO strengthen and activate lats with accessories - DO find the right grip for you - DO keep core and glutes on; a dangly lower body is much harder to move! ⭕ when it comes to pullups, "shoulders away from ears" is a great mental cue. Put a little bit of time into progressing this fundamental move and watch your strength gains grow 👊🏼
