Bawmm ! C’est partie pour le changement...👊🏽👊🏽 C’est pas le triste résultat entre un mauvais mélange de médoc et de super tartines de confiture ultra bonne qui va me démoraliser!! On repart de zéro, avec beaucoup de kilos en trop , un corps plus fragile que les mois passé mais toujours autant de MOTIVATION 💪🏽✌🏽🙃 Et on oublie pas le smile 😁 . . . Ma motivation m’a justement guidé vers la salle ce matin pour une séance d’1h30 😱[moi même j’en reviens pas ,et ma jambe l’a mal vécu donc mon dos n’en parlons pas] Bref 20min de rameur, 10 min à monter des marches, reprise du #bootybook# de maman ours 🐻😘 et pas mal d’exercice pour tester se dont j’étais capable ou pas! fitness #fit #workout #gym #fitfam #motivation #follow #bodybuilding #healthylifestyle #girl #sexy #sport #muscle #like #lifestyle #juststrongambassador#
