I hope everyone is having a fantastic Monday! I know I am 🙏⠀ ⠀ Today's lunch was delicious! Rice, sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, and tofu with orange sauce 🤤⠀ ⠀ Not sure how but I'm always low on carbs at the end of the day so sometimes I like to double them at lunchtime to make sure I get them all in. ⠀ 89c 8f 23.5p ⠀ ⠀ Btw, this only took me 10 minutes to make! So much faster than it would take to swing through a drive though! Thank you to Dr. Crouch from Western Carolina Veterinary Surgery for helping Edna, she had a painful cruciate ligament in her knee repaired. It was causing her an incredible about of pain, and she was unable to hike or go on walks without the surgery. Hola hola! 👋 puede que ya mucho lo sepamos pero vale la pena recordarles que a la hora de entrenar: 👇 1. Siempre realizar calentamiento. La idea es que sea para todo el cuerpo, y calentar más aquel grupo muscular que trabajaremos ese día. 2. Tratar de comer 1 hora (o más) antes entrenar. Ya que el entrenar con el estómago “lleno” dificultara la ejecución de nuestros ejercicios, nos sentiremos incomodos y con menos energía. 3. Siempre llevar contigo una botella de agua, no se debe tomar grandes cantidades de agua durante el entrenamiento, pero si es importante mantenerse hidratado y tomar pequeños sorbos durante los ejercicios. 4. No debes llegar a los dolores durante los ejercicios, no se debe forzar al cuerpo, se debe entender que todo es progresivo, si es que no sabes cómo hacer algún ejercicio PREGUNTA. Pero si duele es porque algo estás haciendo mal 5. Siempre realizar elongación!
