HATCH CHILE HASH & EGG 🍳 lately i’ve been using these root vegetables, turnips or rutabaga, as a potato substitute and this is one of my favorite ways to use it. pictured here is rutabaga (not available at TJ), but you can use potato or sweet potato. its sooooo good. INGREDIENTS: - rutabaga, 1/2 cup grated (i guess by a handful) - 1 egg - liquid egg whites (carton at TJ is so convenient) - chopped onions - minced garlic (or not) - chopped cooked hatch chile - salt & pepper - red pepper flakes INSTRUCTIONS: - wash, peel, & then grate the rutabaga (turnip, potato or sweet potato) - put some chopped onions, garlic, & hatch chile in a pan on medium heat with oil - add the grated rutabaga, mix with the veggies, flatten them with a spatula in a glob that resembles this photo. - i poured a little bit of egg whites on here to better bind the mixture together. - flip your lil “hash cake”. it probably won’t stay together but that’s fine just push them together again. - make a little hole for the egg in the center. crack your egg and add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. put a lid on it. sometimes i add a tiny bit of water in the pan so that it steams and cooks the top of my egg better with the lid on. *i have cooked hatch chile’s in my fridge at all times these days. put them on a baking sheet and into the oven at 350-400 degrees. just check on them and flip when one side looks cooked. they’re done when u can easily poke through with a fork and they’ve turned a pale green color* Like, Share, & Save this recipe!!! #bitesbybadwood #glutenfree #sugarfree #dairyfree #keto #healthycooking #homecooking #healthy #fitness #fitspo #healthyrecipe

I'm sharing!! ➖ The Pumpkin Muffin Recipe: (makes 12) ◽1 1/2 cups all purpose flour ◽2 tsp baking powder ◽1/4 teaspoon salt ◽1 tsp pumpkin pie spice ◽1 large egg ◽1/3 cup granulated sugar ◽1/2 cup skim milk ◽1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree ◽1/4 cup Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. ◽1 teaspoon vanilla extract (92 calories for just the pumpkin muffin.) Optional: ◽6 tablespoons fat free cool whip ◽3 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips ➖ Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spices (or a mixture of these spices till you have one teaspoon: cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and ground ginger) ➖ Mix egg, sugar, milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, and vanilla together. Fold wet ingredients into dry. Mix in 3 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips (Optional) Scoop muffin mixture into prepared baking cups. Happy Taco Tuesday!🎃🌮 — There are many uses for spices such as flavor, nutritional factors & they even preserve freshness in meals, but have you ever took the time to look at what’s really in conventional spices?🧂 — Conventional spices contain many harmful ingredients such as: ☠️concentrated toxic pesticides . ☠️GMO’s . ☠️chemical additives . ☠️hazardous chemicals-through fumigation treatment process which is banned in Europe ☠️irradiation-process of radiation to kill bacteria . — We as a society in general are getting a much better understanding on organic food & drinks in general, but we tend to lack on things such as spices which is also consumed & just as important. . — @bloomorganics created a line of spices which is organic, cost friendly & so fresh! I cannot say fresh enough- I’m seriously so impressed & had no idea what I have been missing out all of these years. With that said, I have had organic spices from all companies. — It’s sad to see conventional spices containing way more harm than good but a simple change to organic is really the way to go! You can find these spices on Amazon.💚 — Stuffed Bell Jack-o’-lanterns 🎃 •1 pound ground chicken/turkey/beef with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 cup beef broth & 3-4 tablespoons taco seasoning . •4 bell peppers-any color •15.25 oz. canned corn •15 oz. canned black beans . •1/2 cup salsa •1/4 cup quinoa-cooked in beef broth . •green onion •shredded cheese on top . — Pre-heat oven to 350°. Cut tops off of peppers, scoop out the membranes & the seeds. Find a glass pan that will hold the peppers up without falling over. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to a large skillet on medium heat. Add meat & fully cook through. Slowly add beef broth & seasonings & cook with the lid off till the liquid evaporates. Add drained corn & black beans to the mixture with salsa & stir. In the meantime prepare quinoa. Once completed, mix altogether then stuff the peppers with this mixture. Add green onions & cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Perfekt auch für Overnight Oats - einfach gefroren am Vortag mit ins Glas geben und am nächsten Tag genießen! 😊 Hier hab ich eine gute Hand voll gefrorene, wilde Blaubeeren, 3 EL Chiasamen, 1 EL Buchweizen🌾, 1/2 TL Kardamom und 1/2 TL Maca mit Mandelmilch 🥛 verrührt und über Nacht im Kühlschrank quellen lassen! 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 à 𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚 🙄⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So what started as “I’m too lazy to cook lunch today, I’ll just grill some chicken breasts”, ended up as a delicious super sauce-y chicken dish that I improvised idk how 🤷🏻‍♀️😍⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐈 𝐧 𝐠 𝐫 𝐞 𝐝 𝐢 𝐞 𝐧 𝐭 𝐬 : ⁣⁣ ⁣ - 4 boneless chicken breasts ⁣⁣ - Chicken marinade : 1/4 tsp of each: salt, paprika, allspice, curry, dried basil and garlic powder + juice of 1/2 lemon ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 : ⁣⁣ ⁣ - 2 medium sized tomatoes ⁣⁣ - 1 big orange⁣⁣ - 1/2 tsp of each: salt (add more according to preference), cinnamon, curry, black pepper⁣⁣ - Lemon zet⁣⁣ - Juice of 1/2 lemon ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐌 𝐞 𝐭 𝐡 𝐨 𝐝 : ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1. Marinate the chicken for about 1 hour. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 2. Grill the chicken in a pan until well cooked on all sides then set aside. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 3. While the chicken is cooking, add in a food processor : big chunks of tomato and process. Then add big chunks of orange, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp cinnamon and salt and black pepper. Process everything until everything is well combined. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 4. Once the chicken cubes are done, set aside. In the same pan you already used, add the sauce mixture and let it boil for 5mins on medium heat then add the chicken cubes to it. Mix well and cook for few more mins and you’re done! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Prepare this dish with a side salad, some rice or pasta and trust me everyone will love it!!! 😍⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Happy Tuesday☀️💚. A few months ago I was rejected by the nutrition school I wanted to go to. I felt so miserable, lost , I thought I'd never gonna be able to study nutrition.... but I had one option left. Online school. I applied. I waited.... and I was accepted! 😱🤩. Guys I'm oficially a nutrition student! I can't believe one of my dreams is becoming true in two weeks: being a nutrition student to be a dietitian🙏🏻. Tbh I'm so scared because I've never done online school before but also so excited to try something new! This is proof that you should never give up even if there seems to be no solutions🙏🏻✨. 🍌MATCHA MINT NICE CREAM🍌 •3 frozen bananas (~325gr) •1+1/2 tsp @vivolife matcha •1 tsp cinnamon •1 scoop @vivolife vanilla protein •1/2 cup soy milk •3 mint leafs •TOPPINGS: cacao nibs mountain -Mix everything in a high speed blender/food processor. -Spoon into a @coconubowls (everything tastes better in a coconut bowl😎). -Add a big mountain of cacao nibs on top. -ENJOY😍

Day made! 🍪🍪🍦✅ Gluten-free & refined sugar free, these are almost too good to be true! ❤️🙌🏼🤩☀️🍦 DeAts: Ice cream 🍦: (The top cream only) of a can of refrigerated coconut cream 1 ripe frozen banana 5 dates 1 tablespoon vanilla paste @taylorandcolledgeusa Process in food processor. Set in a bowl in freezer to firm for a few hours. Meanwhile make cookies. Cookie 🍪: 1 cup almond flour 2 tbsp honey @savannahbeeco 1 tbsp tapioca flour @bobsredmill 2 tbsp coconut oil @nutiva 1/4 cup almond butter @woodstockfoods 1 organic egg 1 tsp vanilla paste @taylorandcolledge 4-5 dates 1/2 tsp baking soda @bobsredmill 1/4 c unsweetened 100% cacao chocolate chips @paschachocolate Process all ingredients in food processor except chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop out cookies and flatten on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. (About 4” round) Bake at 350 for 10 min. Let cookies cool completely at room temperature. Then, set them in fridge while ice cream hardens. Sandwich ice cream between two cookies... freeze for an hour, roll in coconut (optional) Enjoy! 😋
