C L A R I T Y nobody actually likes it, it's in the same category as T R U T H. To have true clarity is the courage and willingness to first see yourself and then see things for what they really are. To have clarity means to take responsibility for oneself. Theres no more blame games, theres no more being a victim, theres no more living outside of self and that really is a hard thing. Birds were so great today! First, we saw gulls flying round and round, QUIETLY. It was a huge flock, and I have zero idea why or what they were doing. No food source around. And quiet. When are gulls quiet?!?!? Why??????? I am not a birder, so I just don't understand what they were doing. Also, they all flew clockwise. WHY?! . Next, we found geese crossing at a crosswalk. There will always be things we could do to improve our life’s situation, but if we are waiting for a future moment to be able to accept and enjoy the present as it is, we are inviting resistance that doesn’t allow us to move smoothly toward our preferences. . When we are waiting for the future, we are rejecting what is here now. And when our relationship with this moment, which is where all life unfolds, is based on resistance, our path and progress become conditioned too. When we start nurturing our relationship with this moment as it is, and become ok with it instead of resisting it until it changes, life starts feeling less of a burden and starts flowing our way with more ease. . Petit bonheur du jour 31. Ce matin j'ai retrouvé ma fille, au lever, assise seule sur le canapé de leurs salle de jeu, face à la fenêtre. Pour une fois, le réveil de la maison était calme, très loin de l'agitation habituelle, avec mon fils en mode zebulon qui saute, court, fait du trampoline sur le lit, en chantant ou criant selon l'humeur du jour 🙄. Ce calme, ce temps ralenti, que je l'ai apprécié, ce calme j'aimerais le vivre tous matin... Je me suis assise à ses côtés en lui demandant ce qu'elle faisait :"je regarde les oiseaux maman "❤. On s'est blottis l'une contre l'autre, et on a observé ensemble les oiseaux qui volaient au-dessus des toits. Ce moment....si doux, si simple, mais qui te gonfle le coeur d'amour.
