Great day working around Beinn Eighe in Torridon with this legend yesterday. Just wish it was much closer to home.

Wild camping in Glen Orchy during the ‘heatwave’ earlier this month was a surreal experience. Treat yourself with a drive down the B8074 to Bridge of Orchy and enjoy some of the most impressive Scottish scenery I’ve ever seen. The Sligachan Horseshoe (A full traverse of the Red Cuillin’s, Sgurr Na Stri and the entire Black Cuillin Ridge) After first hearing about this amazing route, I’ve had it in my mind ever since and have probably been waiting about three years to actually give it a go. The route is relatively small in distance, but it encounters the roughest and technical terrain that you’ll find in the U.K. along with some huge height gain (28 miles and 6,500 meters of ascent) On Friday myself and @stevehopwood22 attempted the round and had the best day ever. The panoramic views of Skye, the Cuillin’s and the west coast of Scotland were simply amazing! A full 22 hours on the hill found us really close to the end, but with approaching rain, one head torch and tired body’s we had to bail after Sgùrr a' Ghreadaidh. If you want to read the full blog of the day, have a look on my Facebook profile or give me a message for any info. A day to remember, with so many highlights. Thanks @stevehopwood22 🤙🏻

Yesterday has to be up there as one of my best days on the Hill, it just so happened to be in Skye too. Here’s @stevehopwood22 heading off the Imposter on the Clach Glas traverse on the Red Cuillins 🤙🏻

Sron na Ciche is up there as one of my favourite crags to climb on, especially when the sun shines. Here’s me on the first pitch of Vulcan Wall 🤘🏻 . . . 📸 - @stevehopwood22
