Good morning :) Ja, ich fange diesmal im Winter an zu trainieren um im Sommer einigermaßen schön zu sein 😅 Der Bauch Speck muss weg. Viele Fragen sich wie ich das über die Weihnachtstag mache? Heiligabend ist Cheat Day... ansonsten esse ich weiterhin gesund. Da ich früher jeden Tag eine Tafel Schokolade gegessen habe, kann ich auch ruhig mal ein Jahr die Süßigkeiten weg lassen... und bis auf das ein oder andere Stück funktioniert das auch echt gut... Ich bräuchte nur endlich mal einen ordentlichen Eiweiss shake. Der schmeckt und der gute Werte hat... und im Idealfall noch Laktose frei ist... Muss aber nicht zwingend... Falls jemand einen Tipp hat gerne melden... SO... have a nice day everybody und bleibt gesund 😎

5:30am Fasted Cardio. My alarm went off at 4:30 🙄 I laid next to my daughter and I looked at her and she was snoring 😂. There were 1 million thoughts running through my head. (Head: Julii stay in bed- No Julii get your ass up you want a new body- Julii look at Eva she looks so peaceful- GET YOUR LAZY ASS UP AND RUN THE DAY!!!! ) So I get up, 5 minutes of meditation, 5 minutes of gratitude and 30 minutes of Fasted Cardio and I feel like this is my DAY 1 of my new LIFE! . Week 3: Sumo Deadlifts 140kgs 5x6!! . . . Working around a shoulder impingement meant I had to do what felt good for my shoulders. Doing an overhand/underhand grip placed to much stress on my right delt because I lack the external rotation in that shoulder so after about 20 minutes releasing and focusing on the shoulder blade and upper back and chucking on some wraps, the 140kgs felt like a breeze and was pain free to! . . Those of you that didn't head over to Ricky and Eds Instagram pages may have missed my challenge I set for them . . . 50 push ups 40 TRX jump squats 30 Cal's assualt bike 20 Burpees 10 handstand push ups . . . Doesn't look that bad written down but actually doing it was a whole different story 😂. . . . Each week Rick and Ed invite someone in to challenge them . Last Friday was my go and I really enjoyed it . . . If you want to give this challenge a go I promise you it's tough 😘. . . A few years back I worked with Ricky as my fitness manager at Nuffield . Ricky left and went to Crawley Nuffield which is also where Ed worked . . . Now these two blokes are working in their own studio over in Crawley . I'm also working in a studio and have been for the last 8months or so in Esher . . . Ricky is one of the best fitness professionals I know, he taught me so much over the years and having met Ed for the first time on Friday he is also at the highest level when it comes to knowledge and ability as a coach. They have such a high level between them . . .
