I went up to LA this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday so I got a quick full body workout in yesterday morning before driving up. I did a @bosu_fitness circuit and @trxtraining circuit each with 4 moves, three times through. I did about 8-12 reps per move depending on when I reached fatigue. BOSU: 1. Cross over pushups - don't dip your head. You can do this from your knees 2. Kneeling curl to serve the platter - make sure to keep your core super tight when kneeling and back flat 3. Burpee - jump your feet up to your hands 4. Spider plank - try and touch your elbow to knee and hold for a second or two TRX: 1. Single are rotation reach with squat - make sure to do each side and keep the core tight and body straight as you pull up 2. Pike to tuck - keep back as flat as possible in the tuck 3. Tricep to superman - keep core engaged entire time. Keep arms at 90° for triceps and back completely flat in superman 4. Pistol squat - try and use less of your arms and more legs! Remember to tag me if you try any moves! Falls deiner noch zu schüchtern ist, hier eine Übung um ihn rauszulocken. In der Liegestütz-Position sind die Füße in den Schlingen eingehängt und du ziehst die Knie zur Brust. Ganz ganz wichtig: Roll dich dabei ein (Brust- und Schambein nähern sich an). Fortgeschrittene können das Ganze einbeinig probieren (siehe 2. Bild).
