“Losing weight is HARD” I remember going back 7 years ago when my fitness journey first began, everything was a learning process for me. I thought that cutting foods from my diet was the answer to my prayers, starving myself would help the weight come off faster and over exercising would burn all those nasty calories away. I. WAS. WRONG. After years of yo yo dieting, I found that you DON’T need to give up the foods you love, you DON’T need to starve yourself and you DON’T need to spend countless hours at the gym burning hundreds of calories on that treadmill. I learned that in the right portions, I can still enjoy the foods I love. (Hi skinny margaritas I ❤️ you), I can eat so much more food than I thought and still lose that weight, and I can get 30 mins of exercise in a day from home and still reach my goals. Life is all about balance. 💕

I didn’t workout yesterday, lots of things happened and it seems like the beginning of my school year will be chaotic 🤯 (I mean, honestly, whose isn’t? I was so uninspired! I went into this workout feeling so tired and sluggish, not motivated whatsoever. As I was doing the workout, I noticed something really crazy.... I upped me weight in my dumbbells! It’s little things like that, that inspire me to keep going! It’s a step in the right direction, that’s for sure! Also, I absolutely LOVE the positivity you guys sent me when you saw I was feeling so unmotivated today. It makes me wanna cry 😭 the fitness community can be so uplifting and spread so much positive vibes and this world needs more of that! So thank you to you all💕 I wish we could all just hang out, meal prep and workout together ya feel me?😂🙌🏻

When I say I love working out, I mean I LOVE working out. But not every single day because hello, I’m human!🤗 . That’s the thing about this, you don’t have to LOVE working out & always being on point with nutrition (even though it’s not restrictive at all!) It’s totally okay to have an off day during your workout or nutrition! I can’t even tell you how many days I’ve had where I half assed my workout & even more days my nutrition!🙈 But that’s totally fine because I give it 💯 MOST DAYS! It allows for that freedom to have off days & ABSOLUTELY NOTHING negative will happen to your goals!🤩 . Are you ready to do this damn thing with me yet?! I promise it’s exciting & nothing will happen if you have those off days! You only have 12 days until my next accountability group begins!✨🌈

What are you willing to do, and what are you NOT willing to do? Both of these are important questions when you’re setting your goals— there’s no point setting a goal of having 12 pack abs if you’re unwilling to give up eating a whole pizza multiple times a week 🤷🏻‍♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This applies to non-fitness stuff as well— what level off effort are you willing to accept/give in your interpersonal relationships? Are you willing to get up an hour earlier in the morning to work on your side hustle in order to get that cushion in your budget? Are you willing to skip that Disney trip you planned for next spring in order to pay off your car loan?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There’s no right or wrong answer to these questions; or any like them! Each individual will have their own lists of “I am willing to ...”— and others’ answers have no impact on yours! Full swipe workout - Abs with no equipment! Make sure you save and share with that one friend who keeps coming up with excuses for not going to the gym! With many of my online coaching clients traveling and having a lack of resources, I’ve been inspired to find new ways to continuously challenge them on the go! In this workout, there is one exercise that requires a tool, the ab roller. If you don’t have access to one, substitute it for an object you can place both your hands on that has minimal friction against the floor. For example, if I’m on hardwood floor, I’d substitute for a t-shirt or some socks! Lastly, if you read this far to the bottom, thank you, your extra is the real way to do this circuit. I know I said four sets, but you don’t want to train weightlifting style. You’ll want to do these exercises, as a circuit, back to back, for four rounds! Let’s get it fam! Ps. I told myself, I wouldn’t wake up in the morning to do this program. I’m not a morning person. I refused to believe otherwise. - This morning when my alarm went off I told myself “you can just do two workouts Saturday or Sunday”. THEN I remembered this thing that my coach does. She counts down from 5 and on 1, she MAKES IT HAPPEN! Today, I did just that.🤯🤸🏼‍♂️ - I am so proud of myself for not only getting up but for getting my workout in and pushing myself during the workout. - Now I’m ready to CONQUER my day 💥

Thursday ❤️💚💙. Today has been a rough day for me. I have been feeling pretty down lately, missing my man and just can’t shake the sad. Today I spent probably about 2 hours just crying. I was on hold for almost an hour with the CRA and got crappy news (not the worst news but also not what I wanted to hear) and then it was kinda just a downward spiral from there. Sometimes you need a good cry though, I think this was one of those times. Every day we get closer to being together but it just feels so far away and so “pointless” sometimes. I did a 30 min yoga video (forgot to stop my watch) but it was probably the worst effort yoga I’ve done cause I had no energy to put into it. Tomorrow is a new day, and I’m closing the door on today. If you know me by now, you know I LOVE sentimental or emotional gifts. I love gift giving and coming up with unique ideas so I wanted to share something I gave Tyler on our wedding day! 🤵🏼 - I got him this wooden map of the USA to put beer bottle caps in! 🍻 - We love craft beer, so he’s so excited to fill this up with so many local favorites and collect them as we travel! Can’t wait to hang it in our new house 🏡 - I got it from @graylaserworks and they did an amazing job! They also have different individuals states if you’re looking to do one all local! Definitely recommend and wanted to share for any sentimental gift givers like me! 🙃

If you use your kids or any kiddos in your life as an excuse to not get your workout in or eat nutritious foods, STOP RIGHT NOW💯 . It is your job to set an example for them! Kids mimic adults. Teach them habits that will help them grow strong & healthy! Not to reach for chips & cookies while sitting on the couch in front of the tv/device. (It’s okay occasionally though!) Get them up & moving! Fuel their bodies with the most nutritious foods! This is exactly why the 2 nutrition programs offered have AN ENTIRE SECTION just on kids. They need it more than you think.⚡️ . I don’t take it lightly when the daycare kids follow me upstairs and start doing my workout with me. It is so cute & inspiring! If you saw on my story, they were literally mimicking the same exact moves that I did!😇 Teach them young and healthy habits will be with them for life. They will lead strong, healthy lives & set an example for others! Kiddos are our future, so teach them a healthy lifestyle is the BEST way. ⚡️
