Во-многом принципы тренинга зависят от конкретно нашего телосложения и конкретной, а не абстрактной цели. . «Худышам» эктоморфам нужно набирать мышцы, поэтому наиболее оптимальным будет сочетание силового и «массонаборного» режимов. . Тем кто хочет «подсушиться», наоборот, нужно сначала избавиться от «грязной массы» - и лучше всего работает многоповторный тренинг. . В мировой практике принято: Низкое количество повторений (от 4 до 12) способствует наращиванию мышечной массы, т.е. гипертрофии мышц. . Среднее количество повторений (от 8 до 20) выполняют для придания рельефа мышцам. . Высокое количество повторений (от 20 до 50) нужно для сжигания веса. . Это правило! EL HIP THRUST EN POSICIÓN 2 (o B) es una opción más eficaz a la hora de trabajar unilateralmente. Aunque la pierna delantera sigue apoyada en el suelo lo hace únicamente en forma de ayuda ligera al equilibrio de la ejecución, pero casi la totalidad de la carga va hacia la puerna trasera (la de trabajo). —— La pierna que no trabaja se coloca mas adelante y apoyada solo sobre el talón para recordarte que sólo está ahí para ayudarte a mantener la estabilidad. En cambio, el ejercicio realizado a 1 pierna con la itra en el aire provoca una desestabilización que hace dificil centrarse en la ejecución. ———- Eso sí, usa una barra pequeña para que la carga esté más centrada y, otra vez, ayude a mantener la estabilidad lo más posible.
