Hier arbeiten wir ein wenig daran diese Schulterblätter wieder etwas zu lockern und weg vom Körper zu bekommen. Zwischen Schulterblatt und Körper sitzt immer viel Spannung und Stress. Können wir nicht einfach die Finger unter das Schulterblatt schieben oder es vom Körper lösen, dann sitzen sie meisten viel zu fest. Carmen hebt die Arme vom Körper weg – undenkbar bei mir. Nehmt euch einen Block und einen Gurt zur Unterstützung und versucht den Ellbogen vom unteren Arm langsam wegzubekommen. Carmen sagt, dass es mit der Zeig auch ohne Block klappt – ich bin gespannt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Katy zeigt uns eine interessante Variante in Bauchlage, die sich wahnsinnig intensiv anfühlt. Wir beginnen auf dem Rücken und strecken den rechten Arm aus. Wir rollen uns auf den Bauch und auf den rechten Arm. Der linke Arm kommt nach hinten wie bei Gomukhasana mit dem Handrücken zu der Mitte der Schulterblätter. 🙏 Los Yoga Sutras de Patanjali. Capítulo I - Parte 3 A continuación Patanjali continua su discusión de «Como frenar los Vrttis» describiendo los 2 tipos de SAMADHI o absorción meditativa (1.17-18). El segundo tipo es idéntico al estado de yoga (cesación de los vrttis) en sí mismo y el primero: SAMPRAJNATA sería la preparación (1.20), crear la condición en la cual los vrttis se calman espontáneamente. Hay otra vía para alcanzar el estado de yoga: la devoción a Dios (1.23). En ésta sección la naturaleza de Dios es descrita (1.24-26) y se nos da la técnica específica para meditar en El: contemplación de la sílaba Om (1.27-28). La repetición de Om elimina obstáculos del camino espiritual (1-29). Patanjali utiliza éste sutra como trampolín a la siguiente sección, que es una clasificación de los tipos de obstáculos encontrados por el practicante (1.30-31). Seguidamente nos explica como superar éstos obstáculos: enfoque único (32), cultivo de virtudes y actitudes positivas (33), PRANAYAMA (34), práctica de actividades en movimiento -vinyasa(35), contemplación de lo que es edificante y SATTVICO (36), meditación en los seres realizados (37) o contemplación de las percepciones que emanan del estado de sueño profundo (38). Patanjali cierra el capítulo con una descripción del estado de SAMADHI o SAMAPATTI(1.41-51): aquel en el que la mente es tan clara, enfocada, relajada y calma que simplemente refleja cualquier objeto, facultad o el propio Conocedor. Throwback to this day almost 6 months when I first started teaching in Bali. The nerve still gets to me even looking at this picture. _ I remember being really nervous as I saw more people came into the shala, hoping to have a good yoga class. That moment felt so real, that was it, my first ever public class filled with 30 yogis. What if I forgot my sequence, my cues, and if I ran out of time? So many what if’s in my mind. _ 6 months into teaching back in Malaysia here, I would like to thank each and every one of my students and teachers, for being so patient and understanding during my early stage of yoga teaching.
