Do you know someone with aches or pains wearing them down? Do you or your loved ones have chronic inflamed joints, tension headaches or menstrual cramps keeping you from active days and restful nights? These could be just the stocking stuffers you need! Welcome Hemp & Blue into your natural approach to pain freedom. This powerful formula boasts a full 500mg of hemp’s cannabinoid superstar CBD. These highly effective anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving components of CBD are paired with the power of the Blue Tansy plant. Blue Tansy is widely known to help with topical, subdermal and muscular pain. It’s also a natural anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory weapon. It’s also a natural antihistamine by helping to reduce the body’s response to allergens. It has anti-anxiety effects and detoxifying properties to boot. Hemp & Blue isn’t just designed for pain relief. CBD and Blue Tansy both rejuvenate the skin. What’s the difference between the balm and the cream? Choose the balm for when you need deep tissue, slow release treatment that will keep penetrating and working for hours on end on your pain. The balm is suitable for both face and body application. You can use it to help fight skin viruses, bacterial and fungal infections. Use it on scratches, bites, cuts, rashes and other skin conditions. It’s a non-irritating, yet powerful, skin healer from your face down to between your toes. Before bed, you can apply your favorite Trim Healthy moisturizer then put the balm over top, in places where you often crease your skin during sleep during the night. This helps prevent those deep, dried out morning facial creases. Choose the cream for when you desire a quick action, non-greasy application that sinks in fast and immediately gets to work. It will help trade your pain with a cooling sensation from Wintergreen essential oil. The inclusion of wintergreen makes the cream extremely beneficial for pain issues but we don’t suggest putting it all over your face (as you can do with the balm) as your facial skin may be sensitive to wintergreen. Wintergreen is not recommended for pregnancy or nursing seasons. Hemp & Blue is available on our website.

Gingerbread Snowball Cookies - (S) If you love gingerbread or spice cookies, then this cookie recipe is the one for you! Dunk these little balls of goodness into a steaming mug of Hot Chocolate Trimmaccino for an extra bit of holiday cheer! Serves: Makes 2-3 dozen Ingredients: *2 cups THM Baking Blend *3/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet (plus approximately 1/4th a cup more for snowball rolling) *3 eggs *6 Tbsp butter (6-8 Tbsps of butter; melted, or coconut oil) *1 tsp blackstrap molasses (for flavoring) *1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder *1 tsp baking soda *3 tsp ginger (3-4 teaspoons; ground ginger) *1 Tbsp cinnamon (ground) *1 tsp allspice (ground) *1/4 tsp mineral salt Instructions: *Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until it begins to form a dough. (The dough should be soft and workable with your hands.) *Spoon out a full teaspoon of dough into your hands and roll the dough into a ball. Trim Healthy Mama Transformation! 🦋 "Ladies! This is what just over a year and a half on Trim Healthy Mama has done for me! We had family pictures done recently, and for the first time probably ever I didn’t cringe when I first looked at myself in them. I didn’t pick myself apart and find all the flaws and imperfections that bothered me so much. For the first time ever I saw a happy healthy wife and mother looking back at me. I’m not done yet, my journey will continue, but I’m happy in my own skin for I think the first time in my life. Trim Healthy Mama gave me that, and I am so very grateful! Left is Dec 2017 with the best Spanx possible just before starting THM. Right is down 80ish lbs (I finally stopped obsessing over the scale and rarely weigh) and a size 8/10 from a size 18/20 or bigger." - Nicole H.

Non Scale Victory! "NSV: My family and I are vacationing in northern Georgia. Yesterday, we went hiking in Unicoi State Park. There was one trail leading up to some gorgeous falls that was especially steep. I climbed it, carrying my 25 lb toddler on my back all the way up and back down again. People along the way kept telling me, 'You go, Mama! I couldn't do that!' Afterward, some family members commented on what a tough climb it was, and how it tired them out. I grinned and said, 'Y'all should do Workins. Because I don't even feel the least bit winded. In fact, let's do that again! It was invigorating!' 😁😂" - Melody J. Yes, losing weight and getting healthier can help balance hormones, stabilize blood sugar and in turn allow for more stable moods… but joy? Joy should not be dependent upon our circumstances. If you're miserable because you haven't reached your goal yet, there will always be something else to cause misery once you reach goal weight. Whatever you do… grab joy now! Embrace the joy in the actual journey and count it all for joy that it is molding you into the person you are today! Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Frisky (Light S or FP) You are going to love this thick and creamy Frisky! A Frisky is like a super-thick milk shake… almost a soft serve ice cream. The Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Frisky celebrates the best flavors of the season! Make the full-size as a very Light S, due to the fats in the chocolate chips and almond milk, or make the Baby Frisky for an FP dessert! INGREDIENTS: Full-size Frisky… *2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk *1/4 cup pumpkin puree *4 pinches Mineral Salt *2 & 1/2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend plus 1 Tablespoon THM Gentle Sweet *1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice *1/2 teaspoon Gluccie *1/2 teaspoon THM Maple Burst extract (optional) *16 to 18 large ice cubes *4 Tablespoons (1 scoop) THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder *1 Tablespoon THM Chocolate Chips Baby Frisky… *1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk *1/8 cup pumpkin puree *2 pinches Mineral Salt *1 & 1/4 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend plus 1 & 1/2 teaspoons THM Gentle Sweet *1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice *1/4 teaspoon Gluccie *1/4 teaspoon THM Maple Burst extract (optional) *8 or 9 large ice cubes *2 Tablespoons (1/2 scoop) THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder *1 & 1/2 teaspoons THM Chocolate Chips INSTRUCTIONS: *It is best to use a powerful blender to get these smooth. Because Friskies have less liquid, you really need to blend and blend, then blend some more until they are perfectly smooth and not icy. If you have to add another tablespoon or two of nut milk to help get it blended, you can do so. But don’t give up… Friskies are worth it! They make a great ice cream replacement. Feel free to add different extracts to create awesome new flavors. *Put all the ingredients (except the ice, whey protein, and chocolate chips) in a blender and blend for 10 seconds. *Add the ice and blend on high until completely smooth… no tiny bits of ice should be left, so keep on blending! *Finally add the whey protein and chocolate chips and blend for another 15 to 20 seconds. This recipe and more can be found in our September 2019 EZine (link in our highlighted story on our profile).

Well said! 👌 "Women’s clothing sizing is... special. I was fitting tightly into size 14s and comfortably into 16s when I started to change how I ate and followed Trim Healthy Mama in June last year. I’ve been a size 10 at my smallest in high school and a size 12/14 for my adult life. This lovely $5 blazer that I picked up at my local women’s resource center thrift shop? It’s a size 4. It’s snug, but it fits and I love it. I got really excited and squealed in the dressing room. In the same shopping trip I also picked up a size 8 dress and tried it on. It was gorgeous and fit... and then it got stuck as I took it off because my shoulders and upper arms don’t dislocate or magically turn to rubber as I get undressed. You’re welcome for not taking and sharing a photo of those really awkward panic inducing minutes. Sizes are fairly flexible and relative. They are not the end all any more than the scale number is. My jeans are size 10. My blazer a size 4. My sweater is a medium. The tank beneath it is a large. Give yourselves grace, and remember that the tag on your clothing is there as a fit estimator guide and to tell you how to wash it. That’s it! Have a great day folx!" - Adrienne E.

My 15 year old daughter has struggled with her

"My trim healthy teen! My 15 year old daughter has struggled with her weight for awhile, and it's really been creeping up over the past few years. She plays soccer in the fall and last year she got really discouraged because even with all of the running she was doing every day, and trying to watch calories (but not the types of food she was eating), she only lost a couple of pounds. When the season ended she felt defeated and started over eating, putting on quite a bit of weight over the winter. My heart's been breaking for her but I felt so helpless. I myself was doing keto, which I didn't think was healthy for her because it's too restrictive. I tried to encourage healthier choices but how can I tell her how she should be eating if no one else in the house is going to eat that way? Obviously it didn't work. The picture on the left was this past spring. After that she started working out on her own and she did lose a little bit of weight, and then it stopped. In the summer I started Trim Healthy Mama and started incorporating the changes I was making for myself into everyone else's meals and snacks too. Not 100% for the kids but wherever I could. No more sodas or sugary drinks in the house. Dinners are always THM for everyone. My daughter now does oatmeal, eggs or a shake for breakfast and soup or a sprouted bread sandwich for lunch. Her snacks are mostly yogurt or fruit. She does sometimes have off plan foods, but she's been sticking to the plan. Not only has she lost all of the weight she's put on in the past several years, she's learning how to eat in a healthy way and she feels good about herself for the first time in a very long time. I'm so grateful that God led me to this way of eating because it's benefited me and my family so very much in such a short time already." - Jessica J.

Mama Fox’ Spicy Light Chili (E) This recipe is by Coach Shannon Fox from Trim Healthy Fox! Shannon says: “Here’s one of my favorite easy E meals. Actually, this is my husband’s hands-down favorite white chili – and believe me, we’ve tried many different versions, but this spicy-loving family prefers the kick in the pants flavor of this one. Hope you enjoy this lighter chili, too!” Serving Size: Family-serve; Approximately 6 INGREDIENTS: *1 onion *2 (15-ounce) cans or 1 quart chicken broth *2 (10-ounce) cans diced Rotel brand tomatoes *2 (15.5-ounce) cans great northern beans *2 (12.5-ounce) cans chicken breast meat *1 & 1/2 teaspoons chili powder *1 teaspoon ground cumin *1/2 teaspoon garlic salt *1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper INSTRUCTIONS: *Chop onion and brown in pan. *Combine all of the canned ingredients into a large soup pot. *Combine all of the dry ingredients in a small bowl, then add to soup pot. *Add browned onions to soup pot. *Simmer 1-hour for best flavor. We're cheering for this T1D warrior and his Mama! ------------------------------------ "Sometimes God prepares you for something long before you know why?! I started Trim Healthy Mama 7 years ago this coming January. I lost 35lbs and have maintained it! Fast forward to today... my family and I are a picture of health. I lost 35lbs back in 2013 and I’ve maintained that! I love THM and all it has taught me. Now onto the most recent reason God brought THM into my life... My 9 year old son, Elijah was diagnosed with T1D(diabetes) this summer. It was a shock and a new challenge for us as a family of 8! Because of THM, I already knew how to count carbs and choose healthy ones. A possible 1 week stay in the hospital with him ended up being only 2 days!!! Why? Because we knew what to do. Most of the hospital stays when newly diagnosed are long because of education on diet and insulin shots. But, we were already educated on the diet part from THM!! Even Elijah was. The doctors and nurses were amazed and impressed!! We left the hospital knowing how to feed him healthy carbs. I knew how to make good for you sugar free desserts! He already loved my THM desserts and cooking. He LOVES the THM protein bars and hydrate packs!!! Because of those he needs no insulin to eat or drink those. And that makes him really happy!!! It is amazing how good his blood sugars are on THM. If he has some unhealthy carbs or birthday/holiday treats his blood sugars are a mess. THM stabilizes him!!! We as a family feel so very blessed!!!! We just got the new Trim Healthy You Intermediate Curriculum and he’s so excited to learn more. Hubby and I are so thankful to be able to pass this health knowledge onto him (and the other children) as he grows into a young man. This knowledge will help him to have a great, long lasting healthy life!!!! Thank you so much Pearl and Serene. I think sometimes you don’t realize how much this plan has impacted(and saved) the lives of so many... young and old." - Celina S.
